Aperta tutti i giorni dalle 08:00 alle 23:00 C’è sempre qualcuno disponibile 24 ore su 24 in caso di emergenze o per late check-in (check-in tardivi).
La reception dispone di asciugacapelli, cassette di sicurezza, bollitori elettrici, ferro da stiro e asse da stiro e set di chiavi extra. Alcuni di questi articoli potrebbero richiedere il versamento di un piccolo deposito cauzionale.
Payment and Booking Conditions
Standard Rate: You can pay directly with your bank or credit card or opt for a credit card guarantee. When you choose a credit card guarantee your credit card details are required to guarantee your booking up to your arrival at the hotel. Payment is required upon arrival.
If you cannot take up your booking, you need to cancel no later than 2 days before your date of arrival. Please take into account that the date of arrival starts at 0.00 am (CET.). Bookings not canceled 2 days before arrival will be billed at a cost equivalent to the price of the first night. In case of no-show, the total price of the first night will be charged.
Non-refundable Rate: If you choose the non-refundable rate, then pay directly online with your bank or credit card, the full amount is non-refundable.
All bookings that require a VISA confirmation to enter The Netherlands must be paid in advance and that amount is non-refundable. Children up until 4 years of age can stay free of charge. Any child above the age of 4 will have to stay in a bed that has been paid for.
Breakfast
Breakfast is severed daily from 08:00 until 10:00. It’s a continental breakfast which consist of bread, crackers, cereal, cheese, cold meets, juices, fresh fruit, tea and coffee giving you a good start to your day!
Services
We have hairdryers, irons and ironing boards available in reception which you may use any time. Other items that require a deposit are: remote control, safety deposit box, kettle and extra sets of keys. Rainy day? We have board games (Jenga, Rummikub and Uno) available in reception.
Check-in/out
Check in is from 15:00hrs and check out until 11:00hrs. If we do not have your credit-card details a €10 deposit is required for a key. Have an early flight when arriving or want to do some site seeing on your day of departure? We have a luggage room available, free of charge!
